Data processing and service providers. Third Eye Cyborg, LLC is the controller of the personal information we process for Ascended Social. We don't currently process personal information on behalf of business customers, so we don't offer a customer data processing agreement. Our service providers, and how we protect transfers outside the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, are described in our Privacy Policy (sections 5 and 9).
